Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of Floravie.ae and purchases made from Floravie in the United Arab Emirates. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping Policy. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.
1. Store use
You must provide accurate and current information when placing an order. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.
2. Flowers, gifts and substitutions
Flowers are natural and seasonal products. Colour, shape and availability may vary slightly from photographs. If a flower or decorative element is unavailable, we may use a suitable alternative of comparable style and value while preserving the overall character of the arrangement.
3. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted after payment is authorised and we confirm that the product and delivery slot are available. We may contact you if an item, address or delivery selection needs clarification. Promotions and coupon codes apply only under their stated conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the UAE areas available at checkout. Delivery dates and time windows are preferences and may be affected by recipient availability, access restrictions, weather, traffic or events outside our reasonable control. 5. Changes, cancellations and product concerns
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because flowers are perishable and arrangements may be prepared specifically for a recipient, a change or cancellation may not be possible after preparation or dispatch begins. If an order arrives damaged or materially different from what was confirmed, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with applicable UAE law.
6. Gift messages and recipient details
You are responsible for ensuring that recipient details and gift messages are accurate and lawful. We may decline content that is abusive, unlawful or infringes another person's rights.
7. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Recipient information is used to prepare and deliver the order and to provide customer support.
8. Intellectual property
The Floravie name, logo, website design, photographs and original content are owned by Floravie or used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping only and may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
9. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, commit fraud, violate applicable law or infringe the rights of others.
10. Third-party services
Payment, delivery and other service providers may process parts of an order under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites linked from this store.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Floravie is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, delivery disruption outside our reasonable control or misuse of products.
12. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its publication date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
