Shipping policy

Shipping within the UAE

Floravie delivers flowers and gifts across all seven emirates. The delivery options available for an order depend on the recipient emirate, the delivery address and the order subtotal.

Current delivery rates

  • Dubai: AED 25 for orders below AED 250; free delivery from AED 250.
  • Sharjah and Ajman: AED 35 for orders below AED 300; free delivery from AED 300.
  • Abu Dhabi: AED 45 for orders below AED 400; free delivery from AED 400.
  • Umm Al Quwain: AED 85.
  • Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah: AED 110.

The final available delivery method and charge are shown at checkout after the recipient emirate and address are entered. The amount shown at checkout is authoritative if store rates are updated after this page.

Delivery date and time

Add the preferred delivery date and time in the cart before checkout. These preferences help us plan the order but remain subject to flower availability, delivery capacity and order confirmation. Any same-day or scheduled option is available only when shown or confirmed for the selected address.

Recipient and address details

Please provide the recipient's full name, UAE mobile number, emirate, area, street, building or villa number, and any access instructions. The customer is responsible for checking that these details and the gift message are accurate before placing the order.

Delivery access and recipient availability

Someone must be available to receive the order at the confirmed address. Where permitted by the customer or recipient, an order may be handed to building reception or security. If the recipient cannot be reached or the address cannot be accessed, we will use the order contact details to agree the next practical step. Any additional delivery charge will be communicated before a new attempt is arranged.

Changes and delays

Contact us as early as possible if the address, recipient or preferred time needs to change. Changes may not be possible after preparation or dispatch begins. Traffic, weather, access restrictions, public events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect timing; if a material delay occurs, we will use the contact details supplied with the order to provide an update.

Fresh flowers and presentation

Flowers are natural and seasonal. Minor variations in colour, shape and arrangement are normal. If a specific flower or decorative element is unavailable, we may use a suitable alternative of comparable style and value while preserving the overall character of the arrangement.
